Question: Is there a hard cap on how many X vehicles are on the map/team?

I'd like to preface this by saying I was not able to play the last test.

For example, if I have the money or if my team and I have the money. Can we all spawn out... 10+ tanks or something? Is there a limit to how many a team can have? Or maybe there is a cooldown before you can spawn another tank? Very curious to how the balancing for vehicles are. I know in other games it would take more rockets ( I forgot what they're called. The ones you use to lock on to a helicopter and then shoot) to take down a heli than you have on your entire person (3+ missiles and it's still not downed)
