Why are crates in the Pilot/Helo Track

I'm hoping this is just for the beta, but why are crates in the help track at high level when I can carry them in my truck at a much lower driver level? I just wanna play truck simulator mates. I don't wanna have to be a helo driver for 20 games when the xp gain goes back to normal.
