Day 1 server settings, new game mode confirmed. Maybe weather conditions too?

Judging by the image of the admin controls, it appears that player count will be adjustable at least in the downward direction. Maybe we will get an upward direction as well? The Score to win doesn't appear changeable in that image, but I doubt it won't be. Time of day and weather seems very exciting and while it appears changeable, it probably won't have many options day 1, but we can hope! Also very curious what this other mode will be since they did state specifically that will be available day 1.
