To everyone at @BULKHEAD, @Team17, and every developer, designer, engineer, artist, producer, QA tester, community manager, and partner who helped bring this project to life: thank you.

@Brammflakes @HowardPhilpott @phantasyftw @PeterHarries @bitwisekev @L0SSY @rekabnoraa — and everyone behind the scenes whose names may never appear in a post — congratulations on reaching this moment.

I have been following WARDOGS with a growing sense that this is more than just another FPS launch.

The idea of 100 players, three competing teams, a dynamic control zone, persistent cash, vehicles, building, destruction, proximity communication, and a battlefield where every decision can change what happens next immediately caught my attention.

But what excites me most is the philosophy behind it.

“Every Decision Matters.”

That idea resonates deeply with me.

As someone who served in the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force, I naturally look at games like this through the lens of situational awareness, communication, risk assessment, coordination, and decision-making under uncertainty. WARDOGS looks like the kind of sandbox where those elements can create stories that were never scripted in advance.

And now Early Access begins.

That means the battlefield is not the only thing evolving. The game itself will evolve together with its players.

There will be bugs, balance changes, unexpected strategies, server stress, brilliant ideas from the community, and probably complete chaos at times. But that is exactly what makes this stage exciting.

We finally get to step inside the world you have spent years building.

From Japan, I want to send my sincere respect and gratitude to the entire team.

Thank you for taking the risk of building something ambitious. Thank you for listening to players. Thank you for showing the development process openly. And thank you for giving FPS players another world where teamwork, judgment, and creativity can matter.

I’m genuinely excited to see where WARDOGS goes from here.
