Playtest Retrospective: Reddit Recap

Hey everyone, Since it’s always cool to look under the hood, I wanted to share a quick breakdown of how crazy the activity on the subreddit was over the last 7 days during the first large playtest:

Visitor Growth: +125.2%

Member Growth: +57.9% (only a 2.8% churn rate 34 left out of 1,200 who joined)

Post Activity: +202.3% (15.4% removal rate 20 removed out of 130)

Comment Activity: +140.0% (1.8% removal rate 42 removed out of 2,400)

You might say that level of surge is expected for a major playtest weekend, and yeah. But as the solo mod running the subreddit, keeping up with the queue is getting to be too much by myself.
