Question about controllers

On the recent video "10 reason not to buy Wardogs" they talked about the game is not gonna be Controller friendly. This is the case during the Early Acces or even after his official release the game is not gonna be well adapted for a controller?

And I hope they gona give the option to play only console vs console when they gonna release it on others platforms.
