Max-Rank Servers confirmed

In his response video to EndersFPS, Joe dropped that some servers will only be for players up to a certain rank. This is to give low rank and new players an even playing field if they want one. Great news.

This does not mean that low rank players will be forced into rank locked servers only. It just means that they can use them if they want to, but can also join everybody else on the normal servers.
