Mortar god camera needs to be disabled in Hardcore mode

Now that community servers are getting populated, Hardcore mode & Infantry-only modes are available to play.

The rulesets in hardcore are:

- Limited HUD (no health bar, ammo count, hotbar) - No kill cams - No third person (buff to AA since heli’s can’t freelook for incoming misses)

However, mortars still have that “god camera” which allows them to spot everything on the map & zero in on targets without teammates spotting for them.

It feels quite unbalanced & out of place given the hardcore ruleset.

Please give community servers the option to turn it off. No rush, just add it to the roadmap. The devs are the goat and deserve a beer after the launch
