For the people worried about resets: it won't be as bad as you think

I know there's a lot of talk on this right now, but I think the issue is really just that they've been intentionally vague on the nature of the resets.

Yes, you will lose your class levels. But if you look at what Joe is saying here, it's because new items will be added, level requirements will change, and some items will move to the general (permanent) leveling system.

I think this is a great way at managing the gap of total reset vs everyone being stuck in endgame gear.

There'll be a shifting and variable meta and I think it'll stay fresh.
