Anyone else think supplying ammo should be easier?

So I love the idea of providing front line support via logi crates, but having to buy specific ammo makes it a total pain. Really you gotta stack the crate with a mix of all sorts of different ammo and even then most of it will likely go unused.

Why not use the generic ammo supplies to allow for people to buy any type of ammo from the crates? Depending on type it'd cost varying amounts of ammo supplies, thus depleting the crate.

That's kind of how I thought it would work before playing, seemed logical. At least for pistol & rifle ammo. Could maybe even introduce a new Heavy Ammo Supplies item that then allows for buying rockets & other explosives.

This would make hot zone ammo drops much more useful.
