Vehicles shouldn't auto destruct if you, as the owner, remain within a certain distance

Yesterday I filled a truck's inventory with portable anti air to harass enemy helis flying in to bring supplies and soldiers. I was standing about 40 meters away, waiting, when I suddenly heard sizzling and crackling. My truck started to auto combust while I was right there next to it.

I understand vehicle cleanup is necessary but this is ridiculous. I'd love for this to change so I can actively guerilla behind enemy lines without having to fear my vehicle explodes while I'm waiting in ambush
