How does he do it?

Can someone fill me in on this clip? I don't really watch Shoud but since Wardogs came out I was watching for drops, when this happened. I was like wtf was that and could not believe what I just saw. Looked at chat and others had the same reaction. How does he do it?

In the slomo you can see, that the cross hair was spot on, before the scope was zoomed in. On the second guy, he didn't overshoot even the slightest bit. Is he just THAT insanely good?!
