How are the 3 factions different?

Obviously this is taking on a PMC based approach, but im curious as to seeing if all 3 will be basically copy and paste with vehicles and player skins? Or if they have any discernible differences?

Btw, not that its bad at all that they are the same, i just wonder if it might make it slightly harder to discern player vehicles :)
