We need some squad leader mechanics

Literally just let me set some way points.

I played a lot of HLL and even in random pub games my squadmmates would generally listen. My direction was often as simple as, "Were going to way point B and then attacking waypoint B."

I think giving squad leads this ability would be nice for people that are trying to play with a tiny bit more coordination.
