Teamwork is severely lacking

Almost 2/3 of every team im on since alpha testing has been unassigned players. Most players dont even know squads exist. This game totally falls apart when there isnt any teamwork going on. Squad comms are a super powerful tool in combat as you can make call outs on enemies without them hearing you. Imo the first thing you should do before even spawning in is joining or creating a squad.

Also inter squadleader comms should be added. It would make coordinating multiple squads a LOT easier.

Inb4 "reeee I dont want a LARPER sl ordering me around reeeee" as someone who regularly leads in pretty much every milsim and tactical shooter that is totally not the norm most ppl just want some level of organized play to try and win
