Let infantry relocate supply crates

Once a car or heli drops off a supply crate, let infantry pick them up and move them to a more ideal location. Having someone take the time to drop off medical supplies only for it to have to be way out in the open isn't great.

I'd say have one person be able to pick up a smaller crate, but have it be unusable while being carried, unable to use weapons or equipment, and slowed quite a bit. For the larger crates, maybe make it so that one person needs to carry each end
