It should be possible to prevent teammates stealing your gear while awaiting revive

It's happening to me constantly today, especially when running with a mosin, RPG or defibs.

It's borderline griefing, it's real great being picked up in tower surrounded by teammates and finding someone has stolen your mosin and left you with a scout rifle with no ammo, or stealing your defibs and batteries.

I know it's useful if people can grab stuff out your pack but it'd be easy to be able to mark stuff when you go down as fine for teammates to grab, or just allow meds/resuscitators to be taken by default.

This behaviour seems to be proliferating fast now as when it happens to people they will be fine doing it to others.

Edit: To reiterate for the people who can't read, I'm not talking about grabbing a resuscitator out of someones bag to revive them, I'm talking about clearing them out of their weapons and equipment. it's often people not doing the res who do a 'drive-by' loot because you won't know it was them to call them out on it.
