Fun fact: We wanted Local VOIP to be a really important social feature in @WARDOGS so when it was first implemented (and had a lot of bugs)..

To get it up to standard, we forced the feature team to have their normal daily stand-up meeting in-game. Then production started holding their daily meeting in-game too.

I think it ended up showing that extra bit of care that feature team put into it. Proud of them :)
