You really don't want there to be no wipes
A common argument I see here is "I don't have much time to play this game, and don't want to lose my progress, so it shouldn't wipe." However, late wipe is one of the most miserable times to play a game like this, especially for a casual. The longer it goes without a wipe the more it sucks for casual players as the sweats and middle of the road players gear up and become effectively unkillable, or start spamming extremely expensive equipment they don't care about because everyone is rich. Meanwhile new players and casuals get pushed out entirely. You can see this play out very clearly in games like Tarkov and Rust. If you have any experience with those then you know what I mean.
I understand the sentiment, but in games like this the gameplay inevitably degenerates over time and wipes are a way to reset to the best part of the game ie early wipe when most players are on the same footing and casuals have a chance to go in and make bank easily. So far no similar game has solved the need for wipes. Some have tried.
My advice, if you don't have time for the game, play the wipe until the amount of high end gear is too annoying then take a break. Try to make time for the beginning of next wipe, maybe get a day off work, and come back in swinging. Due to the way wiped games work there are on and off weeks for play unless you're a sweat that can grind non stop.
tl;dr Players without time don't want wipes, but they benefit the most from wipes and really don't want to see what happens when there aren't any because they wont even be able to play the game
