Can someone explain to me how players are landing consistent hits with full auto weapons at 100+ meters?

Usually, I can manage recoil in most games. Manage the horizontal with attachments, pull down to manage the vertical. However, recoil is wild in this game. Even with late tier weapons and the best recoil comps I'm not confident at all to delete players. Yet I'm constantly being smoked by dudes with AKs firing full auto at range (100m+).

What's the secret?
