I have 2 Hours In Wardogs And I'm Worried About Progression
Hello I've only played 2 hours of Wardogs. I only get to play 10 minutes every fortnight because I work in an Antarctica Data Center and have a family consisting of 12 sled dogs that I take care of. I had to play the tutorial in increments on my Lenovo Thinkpad on the rare occasion my wifi hotspot actually works. I usually play up until I jump out of the heli without my parachute on spawn then I have to go back to work in the ice caves.
But in my couple of hours of game time I have to say that I'm a bit worried about progression in Wardogs. It just takes so long to level up, it feels like I have to spot so many helicopters just to make some headway. I struggle to get any kills because everyone is running T4 armor and my left mouse button stopped working a few months ago. It just feels like I'll never get a chance to use all of the fun stuff at the end of the progression, especially since I have a rare, aggressive form of butt cancer that may kill me at any moment.
Then I heard that the game is going to wipe all progression in less than a month! What a shock! I had no idea because I live under a (glacial) rock and did no due diligence when I bought this game in early access! Frankly the concept of ensuring Wardogs has a life cycle for the players who actually play the video game is offensive to me and would like it if the game never wiped, so once GTA 6 releases Wardogs will lose all relevancy and struggle to maintain a playerbase.
Thank you for reading and I look forward the well adjusted, thoughtful, and fair opinions that you all may wish to share.
