Spawn locations should be randomized, not based on team color

This would spice things up a bit more instead of always having the same spawn when preferring to play a specific team. Without a doubt some points in a map are easier to fortify and defend compared to other locations, always favoring one team over the other.

I believe this should be a trivial change to implement and would improve the overall game quite a bit.
