A short 1-2 minute staging phase would do wonders for the starts of games.

Basically, don't let vehicle engines start for a couple minutes. Possibly give land vehicles a head start on the timer to increase their early match viability.

This would give people an opportunity to plan fobs/logistics while in local chat, heli pilots wouldn't feel the need to crowd the gear vendor causing crashes, infantry players would have time to create their loadout without relentless horn spam or feeling rushed to make a heli before it leaves.
