Remove everything, return to monke

Based on the threads I've seen here, on steam discussions and discord, I've tried compiling everything people want removed from the game:

• Remove lv 4 armor • Remove lv 3 armor • Remove ammo types • Remove humvees • Remove SPG's • Remove mortars • Remove towers • Remove FOB's • Remove snipers • Remove the ability to spot people • Remove tanks • Remove armed little birds • Remove the lv 35 weapons • Remove team switching • Remove looting teammates • Remove artillery cam • Remove friendly fire • Remove long range scopes • Remove the windows from Humvees • Remove people talking while downed • Remove IR scopes • Remove the ability to put a bunch of Igla's in cars
