pilots should be rewarded much more for actually landing.

anyone can fly in a straight line and let everyone just parachute off their heli.

it takes genuine skill and positioning to do a j hook or land in an area where your people aren't gonna die and not getting anything extra has lead to these pilots simply saying "im not landing no matter what you say just jump" even when jumping is near guaranteed death.

its not really even the pilots fault since they have 0 reason to learn these complex movements. i think that most roles reward skilled plays with more money but with transport pilots there is very little reason to do anything more than 2 straight lines back and forth from cz to hq.
