Mortar follow cam, disappointed me

I was playing recon for the first time a few days ago and managed to stealthily get behind enemy lines and spot their fob and mortars

Excitedly, I posted the coords to team chat and let my team's mortars know where they were

My team fired mortars at them and once I saw them hit I was so excited to let them know their mortars were good and to move them slightly west

They said "we know, we can see it, you dont need type it out"

I didnt realize mortars get a follow cam that not only shows them the map and terrain but all emplacements and even infantry movement

I was disappointed because I thought cool Im in a position where I can now guide my team's mortars and contribute to them being more effective but nope they now just dont need me anymore after that initial spot lol

Felt like such a missed opportunity for organic teamplay, a recon unit guiding their artillery/mortars via comms

Left me kind of deflated/disappointed
