Character Model Customization?

Anyone have any info at how much we can do with our guy? Do you choose to wear the bandana on the face? Is it a class thing? Can you change your shirt? It seems like there’s separate models, is that because one person is a pilot vs medic or something?

Would also love if anyone has screenshots of what different models look like for each faction
