A temporary fix to Blue team holding every server hostage

What started as a funny meme is actually turning into a degraded player experience. Many servers aren't filling up, because Blue rarely gets a full team quickly. I'm seeing so many servers stuck at 80/100. Sometimes the server will have 50 people and 40 of them are waiting to click on Red or Green, then the server just dies. You can't really blame the players either, because being on Blue is usually a worse team dynamic all around, at least in US servers.

I think a little incentive (even 5% xp) would get players that want to play Blue for the incentive, rather than players that settle for Blue because there is no other option. No idea about the long-term fix, but I still think the tan equipment and the Canadian tuxedo is a major problem with the faction. Those colors on maps that are primarily green genuinely sucks imo.
