Is WarDogs worth it if I’m loving Hello Kitty Island Adventure?

I’ve been playing a ton of Hello Kitty Island Adventure lately and really loving the gameplay. I know WarDogs and Hello Kitty Island Adventure are pretty different, but I’ve heard WarDogs is kinda like a simulation game?

For anyone who’s played both, do you think I’d enjoy WarDogs if I’m really into Hello Kitty Island Adventure? Also, how’s the progression? Is there an actual grind? or is it mainly like battlefield?
