"Why does Blue always lose?"

It's not any one thing, and I think that's been the issue with trying to distill it down to one specific reason. After about ~150hrs, I think the issue is multivariate, and brought about by the sum of its parts.
I'll elaborate on two main problems, and the third problem that these first two bring about.
1. Maps are unbalanced: Above you'll see Ozeti. I won't rehash the post, but there's an excellent writeup here if you missed it. It's probably the most egregiously unbalanced map for Blue. Bakurani feels similar, to me, with Green vs Blue and Red vs Blue, while the gulf of land between Green and Red makes fighting between the two less common. Zestafona is almost balanced in the opposite way, with Green and Red fighting and Blue off on its own in their warehouse superfob.
2. Uniforms are unbalanced: Above is an image of the faction outfits. Green has the best uniforms for camouflage, hands down, Red has the next best, and Blue is just out there in worse camo than militia larpers. At least the Red team has the benefit of hiding in the shadows, but Blue has nothing. Even if you were laying in the river to take advantage of the denim camo, your head would stick out because of the white helmet that screams "SHOOT HERE!"
These problems give rise to the issue we see most glaringly.
3. "Blue team is a bunch of idiots": I'll start by saying, this game currently pushes its players towards two main goals: Getting experience to unlock stuff, and getting money to unlock stuff and buy cosmetics with gold bars. At the end of this season (early October), your levels will be wiped. This means that, at the end of the season, you will only keep your gold bars. The bars, and the unlocks you get with them, will be the only lasting measure of your success as a player this season. If you want to make money and get gold bars, that means you probably want to spend as much time as you can doing things that make you money.
This psychology creates an obvious choice in the mind of the min-maxxer/tryhard: Join Green team for easy money, or join Red team if Green is too full. Knowing all of the above, you'd only ever join Blue because you want a challenge, or want to play with a big squad of people. If you're a solo trying to stack gold bars before wipe, and I think most people are, there's just no reason to play on the Blue team. There's also less reason for Green and Red to fight, when they both know they can beat up on Blue for easy money.
There are also a significant number of people who don't play games for those same reasons. Folks who play casually, or just started, who know they won't stack lots of cash or unlock the late-game gear. People who just want to drive a logi-truck or swing a hammer or chase the hot zone, and they don't mind clicking on the Blue team when it's the only one available. This funnels those players into one team together, and stacks Green and Red with people there to kick ass and chew bubblegum (and they're all out of gum). People who have been playing since pre-Alpha or sunk 100hrs in the betas, who know all about the map and uniform balance issues.
Not only are you getting 2v1, Sweats vs Battledads, but the game is already stacked against the Battledads before the game even starts by making them fight uphill in clown costumes.
TL;DR: There's an issue with map and uniform balance that is giving rise to a player skill disparity between the teams. Fix the balance issue, and tryhards will be less likely to stack the other teams.
I'm begging the devs to do something about the uniform and map balance. I think the "idiot" issue will sort itself out once there isn't such a glaring balance problem. Joe's admitted that they know balance is an issue, I'm asking that they take steps to really address it, before Season 2. Don't make the Battledads suffer until wipe to fix an issue you can start addressing now.
