Tipping Culture Has Gotten Out of Hand

I can't even play a military FPS game without being asked to TIP. Why am I being asked to tip these people, the devs should be paying these people enough for their service without me having to pick up the bill.

Also, why would I tip people that aren't fully doing their job? A medic that revives me but doesn't heal me to full? A pilot that doesn't provide parachutes for the crew? A driver that doesn't turn on the radio? The audacity of throwing a tip button in face just makes it unplayable
