Couple small questions

• Can you load fuel into a FOB with the regular fuel cans stuffed into a small crate? • Can you re-load an unloaded pallet into your vehicle? • What is the purpose of mechanical supplies? Someone mentioned it's to repair vehicles but I thought that's what the durability of wrenches and drill batteries was for.
