FOB destruction needs to be rewarded based on how valuable the FOB is
Right now, destroying an enemy FOB gives a flat 2500$ regardless of how much value the FOB provided to the team whose FOB you destroyed. Destroying a random FOB in piss nowhere nets the same amount of cash as destroying a super FOB with drills, AA, etc
The problem is that the reward completely ignores what was actually destroyed. A player who destroys an empty FOB and a player who destroys a heavily defended super FOB with drills are making completely different contributions with a large difference in risk, yet the game treats them identically. Getting a headshot kill on an unarmored player standing still in the fob gives more of a reward (3000$) than actually destroying it, which incentivizes going rambo on enemy players trying to rack up as many kills before dying, because sneaking through to place an IED on the fob risks you getting shot in the back for a total of 2200$ profit
