Concern about teams.

So I already noticed it multiple times in the play test but with people being allowed to pick there own team and even change team mid game the team stacking is going to get really bad it was already starting to happen in just 3 days. I had like 5 games atleast where one team had multiple clans and groups of people all working together while the other teams had a bunch of Randoms who mostly didn't know what they was doing and didn't have much unlocks. This is going to become more of a problem when people start to reach even higher ranks and have more unlocks. If things don't change we are going to end up with a team with the best weapons and highest level armour and best vehicles etc against teams of people who have the starter weapons, low body armour and no rpg to takeout the tanks even.
