Every player I shoot at feels like a bullet sponge, what am I doing wrong?

I aware this image isn’t the best, I took it quickly in pure disbelief… I shot someone in the head 3 times with a SKS FMJ 7.62 and it was brushed off like nothing… should I not be using FMJ rounds or not be aiming at the head? I’m so confused about where to actually shoot people
