Anti cheating, Community servers, and other suggestions

What has been said about anti cheating? It's a massive concern of mine and one of the ways the game can die fast.

Are community servers a la Squad or even CS confirmed?

Also a few suggestions:

• Squad and command voice comms

• Better visibility of squadmates and higher rewards for helping squaddies to encourage team play

• Movement is ok, I would prefer it a bit more tactical but not as slow as squad, I guess they could tweak it further if needed. A bit more tarkov like would be the sweet spot

• General balancing will come sooner or later after feedback.

• Tick rate?

In all, this game is what many of us have been waiting for, great job devs.
