On a scale from Squad to Battlefield, where does this game sit in terms of pace and realism?

Title, from someone who is curious about the game

I like the immersion of Squad but it’s honestly way too slow and I feel like I never make an impact

Whereas in battlefield I feel like I’m constantly shooting and dying like I’m playing TDM

Would you say this is a good middle ground?
