Damage feels frustrating sometimes

Men the amount of times a have to shoot people with a dmr or a sniper vs the amount of times im getting lasered by people with a full auto rifle over the same distance ... its just feels so off sometimes. I stand behind a still standing enemy and i shoot him 3-4 times and nothing happens
