One Tip I Came Up With AGAINST SNIPERS

I see that, even 5 days after the beta (pls give us another one), people are still frustrated about their experience against snipers and making suggestions to nerf them. However, realising one detail about my deaths against snipers reduced my deaths against bush campers SIGNIFICANTLY.

Here is the critical detail: The bullets in this game are far too slow and, crucially, different soldiers move at different speeds based on their weight. This makes it much harder for snipers to lead their shots accordingly.

Also, most snipers will not kill you in one shot to the body, meaning that they will need either headshots (very hard and unlikely) or multiple body shots. The first one, you don't have control over. The second one, you actually do.

Press M. Check the map . See where your team is, see where your team is dying, where are the marked enemies, etc. Based on this information, you should have access to one information: If an enemy sniper pushed directly from where they are and went into a bush, what would be their direction?

You now have "The most likely angle of bush campers" . You might get it wrong every now and again, it is fine and will get better as you learn both of the two maps.

Now, and this is why most people struggle: Annoyingly, if you want to run straight to action, that angle is also where you should be running to. However, that is the mistake that gets you killed to bushes. Do not go there. Instead, make sure that you are running at a 90 degree angle compared to that angle. Now, a lot of bush snipers won't even bother trying to hit you and, if they go for it, they will very likely miss 90% of their shots.

This will mean you are moving very fast in their screen. In comparison, if you run towards them, you are hardly ever moving in their screen. They will obviously spam left click and get you downed before you have time to react. That is why most of them won't even bother trying to get you - They know it will unnecessarily reveal their position and waste their time and ammo they could be using to down players with worse positioning.

Congratulations! Now you've successfully evaded the bush campers and are free to move in any direction you want. Make sure to flank any bush camper you spot and trash talk them when you get them.
