Can we stop this excessive grinding?

Why is everyone, especially streamers, sh*tting on the level-up features? I understand you want to unlock whatever vehicle or tool so you can start spamming players with it, but saying that the game is 'too much' or 'impossible' is COD-level mentality. I have an idea: why not ENJOY the game, play in different ways, and just level up naturally. Focus on some factions here and there and enjoy.

I'm playing differently every game. Sometimes, I transport people, raid fobs, build or scout. It makes the game extremely fun. You know what's not fun? Riding up and down in a Ural just for you to gain XP. That's not really how you should play the game, so why criticize it?

"The game is not fun, I need X hours for this vehicle" Bro, go play COD.

Edit: I do agree the wipes complicate things. Wipes are fine but maybe longer wipes.
