The drill spam completely ruins map flow

Removing organic hotzone movement for constant drill is just boring. Entire teams just turtle up on the objective and refuse to move the entire game, completely killing the dynamic pacing of the match. EDIT: Just think a limit on drills per FOB would be nice.
