Is it okay to steal a teammate's gear before you revive them?

Hey everyone!

In the previous close beta i had a weird encounter im not really proud of and wanted to know the general stance on this topic.

So i was at a tower and got sniped. i had a pretty expansive gear i think worth over 12k of sniping equipment and meds.

Then i see a teammate on top of my body and he looted my gear and then revived me and left me hes gear which was worth way less.

Me in anger decided to tk him and took my gear back and wanted to revive him after but got sniped again. We had a fight in team chat and i just left i was kind of upset.

Now i do understrand that if he didnt revive me i could have lost my gear completley but if i got revived by a different teammate i was probably going to keep it all.

So what is your guys take on that type of situation? and what do you think is the best way to deal with it?

P.S - Sorry for my english its not my first language.

TL:DR - Died,got revived by a teammate who stole my gear, i killed him to get my gear back.
