The price of bandages is kind of ridiculous

The bandages, the most basic heal item in the game (and what newest players are limited to) are $200 each so a stack is $1000. A full heal is $600 worth of bandages. Just my opinion, but I think these should run in the $50-$100 range. If they where $75 a full stack would be $375 and a full heal $225.

I do understand it's more cost effective to heal other people rather than yourself, but that doesn't always happen.
