Too many useless unarmed people in fobs

Just had a match where at least half the team was sitting in the fob playing construction sim and half of the people who werent were running logi. They used the drill and called the zone so naturally the other teams came. Unfortunately all the bob the builder cosplayers had no fucking gear, among 20 players maybe 3 or 4 had guns and any gear whatsoever. Naturally our fob got wasted in literally less than 2 mintues.

Whats going through their head to think they can defend the fob with literally no gear?
