Exp locking ruins the experience for everyone else who doesn't make this their full time job. I have done an insane amount of farming all because the enemy teams lack the appropriate exp levels to counter me. (Scoreboards for proof).

Someone who can only play 6 hours a week should have access to the same equipment as me. Let skill, experience, and teamwork be the deciding factor and let the economy balance loadouts. Let people play how they want to play with the equipment they enjoy using instead of forcing them to cope with lesser equipment just because they haven't sunk enough hours into the game yet.
