I feel like in any given match 70% of the players (On all factions) just post up in their nearest tower and never leave it

And then once you subtract the players that are running transport or supplies you have like 8-10 players per side that are just scattered around the map either trying to contest the mobile HZ or just doing whatever.

This would not be as problematic if it were possible to name squads and actually wrangle the players that want to do things other than just sit on the Towers waiting for the drill to be available. Or alternatively, make the towers natively outside the circle but still able to drag the HZ towards them.
