Region lock Asia

A lot of "wizards", people with great gamesense and super duper pro wheelchair swarm Europe West servers to the point it's became unplayable. There is no issue for them to triple you from 300m away with the free gun with no attachments. Should devs region lock Asia? What you guys think?
