WARDOGS: How to build a perfect base in 10 steps

In this guide I'm gonna teach you guys how to make a proper base in WARDOGS.

Step 1.

As the game starts Take a backpack, a F.O.B. and a level 2 or 3 hammer with you and try to take the first helicopter to the zone. First to arrive at you build location can change the fate of your team drastically by creating a good LZ (LANDING ZONE) and foothold for your team to start from.

You don't need weapons just need team mates that do and defend the base of you really wanna take a weapon, take a hand gun.

Step 2.

Place your F.O.B. not close to any structure

So you can build 2 high sand blocks around it and close all sides of the F.O.B. and just leave one square block open for a green door.

This is to prevent enemy players from hacking your F.O.B. ( yes you can steal enemy F.O.B.)

Side note: if the enemy hacks your F.O.B. YOU LOSS CONTROL OF YOUR BASE. THIS MEANS YOU CANT OPEN DOORS ANYMORE.

Step.3

Build as far as possible to the outside of your base square zone (the square zone that markes your F.O.B. on your map for your team

This makes it easy to get airdrops and pilots to land in your base.

Step 4.

Learn to SNAP BUILD, bij pressing B on your keyboard you can turn snap on and off USE IT

I see to many ppl leaving gaps in the walls where the enemy can just shoot you true from outside the base

PREVENT THIS AT ALL COST.

Step 5.

Pop the green smoke (inside the f.o.b. are always 2 smokes green and 2 smokes purple) and constantly ask for supplies by the logistics teams / pilots

You want constant building supplies ammo and oil drops to keep your base growing you mainly want

• building supplies

• Ammo supplies

• Oil supplies

• Spare parts/ get gets supplies

Step 6.

Build 4 blocks high minimum this prevents enemy players from climbing on your walls and attack you from behind.

Also prevent from building next to structures where the enemy can climb up from the outside on your base like fences and barrels and containers they can use this as a steppingstone to climb over your walls.

Step 7.

Build only blue gates at the outside wall of your territory and make it DUBBLE DOORED.

Why only blue gates? the gates can't be wrenched op by a crowbar the green gates can.

Dubble doors prevent enemy's from slipping inside the base ( if ppl finally learn to close the gates for ones)

Step 8.

Between the dubble Blue Gates I like to place a small bunker as Checkpoint. This is also usefull because you can open both gates from inside the bunker.

Step 9.

Build bunkers and scout towers on all sides of your wall to give a good overview of your serounding base

And build mortar pits an AA Missile stand to give good air cover and support for your team in the vicinity.

Step 10.

Build an oil drill this will get the hotzone to your location to make your team get more points and if you have build a good fortress no enemy can easily breach it.
