The Tarkov Armor Problem

Not a complaint post, just something i noticed and am curious how the community feels about it. I've noticed that there is a growing disparity between new players, post-work players, and grind like its my job players. the grinders are hitting 35 in assault and medic and reaching t4 armor, often before most have unlocked AP ammo. this kind of disparity happened in tarkov as well with grinders getting chad gear before others had time to get lower level achievements. I'm not arguing this is unfair or anything, its really just an early reward for those who played hard to get that stuff. those games do end up going one way though, making it very hard to get levels and catch up when youre getting pubstomped by one guy who bought insane weapons and armor for his squad. curious what you all think.
