Whatever happens today, I think WARDOGS already won.
Seriously. Take a second and look at what is happening today. A game that a relatively small team has spent years building finally launches, and suddenly there’s an absolutely massive crowd trying to get through the gates at the same time. Is everything going perfectly? Obviously not 😂 But honestly, I’d rather see a developer team scrambling because way more people showed up than expected than see a perfectly functioning launch with nobody there. Everyone is excited. Everyone wants to play. Everyone is refreshing, troubleshooting, watching Discord, posting memes, and desperately trying to get into their first match. That’s pretty damn cool. And I think it’s worth remembering that this is Early Access . Today isn’t the finished version of WARDOGS. It’s the beginning of watching this game grow with the community. So yeah, be frustrated when things don’t work. That’s completely fair.
